Things to consider for your sessions:

As a member of the IAHIP all sessions online are held in the strictest of confidence as would any other session with me.

Please ensure that you have private space for you - for the duration of this session. 

Using earphones or headphones is a good idea to ensure better audio quality, but also additional privacy. 

Make sure you have your things with you that you might need, i.e. water, tissues, or pen/paper
